There are numerous tourist facilities in Kasane.  Shopping for safari supplies has never been easier with the arrival of Choppies and Spar.  The town boasts two banks (First National Bank and Barclays Bank) and a number of money changers.  Internet access points are situated at both of the shopping centres.

Hotels in the town are able to provide accommodation and include the famous Chobe Safari Lodge, recently upgraded and the Chobe Marina Lodge overlooking the waters of the Chobe River.

For those on safari motor repair shops have proliferated in recent years and offer good service.
